- Speaking English, read and write.
- S1 University/ College Diploma (D3 or equivalent in Indonesia), or complemented by secretarial training.
- Min experience 3-5 years of job related work experience, preferably in secretarial science or office administration.
- The Training Coordinator & Admin Assistant reports to the assigned individual or Managing Director.
- The Training Coordinator & Admin Assistant does not direct the activities of staff or a function.
- Carries out duties and responsibilities independently. Makes decisions and establishes work priorities on essentially procedure-oriented operations
- How to maintain documents and information of a confidential and sensitive nature.
- How to proactively provide services without being asked
- Creative thinking
- Provides words processing support including drafting brochure/flyers, correspondence letter, and memoranda, briefing information and making reports. This includes ensuring information is accurate.
- Preparing budget for training.
- Send brochure/flyers and follow up to client (semi marketing).
- Performs a wide range of secretarial and administrative support services including organizing meetings and taking meeting minutes as necessary, making travel arrangements, and other administrative support services as requested.
- Maintains calendar, schedules appointments and meeting rooms.
- Answer telephones, screen callers, relay messages and greets visitors.
- Maintains files and records organized and available as necessary.
- Orders office supplies and ensures proper inventory.
- Translates routine correspondence as required.
- Prepares expense reports as assigned.
- Performs all other duties as may be requires by the business needs.
