Lowongan Senior Admin Multi Tasks Office Duties & Export di Asian Living Denpasar
This part-time position is addressed to an experienced SENIOR Admin with correct written English and basic accounting background (tax etc…) minimum 30 years old (not suitable for a freshly graduate candidate).
We are an export company specialized in wooden and marble home interior/ exterior products. Candidate must be flexible and able to accept and handle well multi-tasking office duties.
- * Maintain company records
- * Tax preparation
- * WNA docs preparation for Kitas and other requirements
- * Correspondence with suppliers
- * Stock records
- * Invoicing
- * Must be well trained to use Photoshop, Canva or other photos and catalogs editors to crop photos and make / maintain products data sheets and web-site.
Working experience in an Export company and similar admin position is a must.
The candidate must be very organized and reliable, kindly send complete CV with Applicant Photo and a motivation letter.
Working hours: 9h00-13h00 (4hours/day) if part time or 9h00-18h00 if full time
Monday to Friday (office always closed during week ends)
Wages: bewteen 1.9jt to 4.2jt + Bpjs + Bpjs TK + THR , depending on experience and working hours.
Requested to start as soon as possible.
