Job Descriptions:
- Identification, assessment, quantification, monitoring and reporting of the risks associated with of type of risk for insurance company as required by the government (OJK) regulation
- Prepare and review the policy and guidelines related to RM framework, for example risk management policy, Business Continuity Management (BCM), Disaster Recovery, Outsourcing, Partner Due diligence etc.
- Prepare Board of Meetings discussion materials (BoD, RMC)
- Coordinated with each unit involved in the risk assessment
- Helps to do a review of procedures, systems and policies of each unit
- Manage other ad-hoc assignments including special projects
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of qualified experience in legal and compliance or economic or internal audit environment
- Life insurance experience is an advantage
- Bachelor’s Degree in economic or law or other related study
- Good understanding of Corporate Governance, Risk Assessment Methodology
- Good knowledge of risks and controls
- Good understanding of risk management standards, regulatory requirements and guidelines
- Good time management skill, interpersonal skill, and conceptualization skill
- Able to work individual and in team
- Fluent in English (Oral and Written)
