Just walked in early. It was great! Was taken immediately at reception. Saw Dr, Allyne 5 minutes later. Went up to radiology and was taken immediately. Went back down where the P A fitted me with covering to immobilize the hand and saw the doctor to discuss results. It worked seamlessly. Thank you

My child was very sick he was seen very fast and tests were administered it was great visit he got some medication and it’s recovering as we speak

Woke up to an ear ache that seemed to be feeling worse than the day before. From previous experience, I went online to see if any West Med urgent care locations had any open slots for today. The Yonkers Ridge Hill location had a 2pm, which I immediately took. When I arrived, I was greeted and checked in immediately. I like that I am able to verify all information prior to my arrival so no additional information is needed at check-in. I sat down in the waiting room and no less than 3 minutes, I was called to go into the exam room. The nurse (I forgot her name ☹️) was SO friendly! She took my vitals and told me the doctor would be in shortly. Approximately 5 minutes later, the "doctor" came in. (I didn't forget his name, I simply didn't hear him when he introduced himself. I have an ear ache! Lol) He quickly looked at/in my ear, confirmed it was infected, confirmed my pharmacy, prescribed me medication and I was out the door. This location is fantastic! Every single person I've interacted with has been pleasant and extremely personable. The only negative, as I mentioned in my prior review, is parking. You have to pay to park here. I said this would be the reason I would not come back to use this facility again, but when they have openings when I need one and how their staff is wonderful, I'm starting to think the parking fee is worth it.

I cannot speak highly enough of every individual that I came in contact with. Every professional was beyond caring, compassionate, understanding & polite- from the person at the reception desk, to the medical assistants, to the nurse practitioner, to the sonographer. Every person was amazing… I will be returning should the need arise again. I highly recommend West Med urgent care at ridge hill… Thank you all so much!!

Urgent Care service at WestMed / summit health, this time at Yonkers New York location, was absolutely outstanding, the physician and all staff were professional, caring, patient and superb! Whether the person reading it is or is not a member of Westmed, you can still visit this urgent care location and get top quality service. Got appointment, but staff forgot I had an appointment. Had to wait an hour after all the walk-in. After X-ray which was great, forgot to inform doc I had returned to waiting room. But doctor was great

I face planted in a parking lot, and the staff took me in right away to assess my injuries and get me a CT to see if I had any brain bleeding. All of the staff I met were so wonderful. I felt very taken care of.

Grateful to the Nurse and Doctor that heard me out on my concerns for my grandmother, confident we have a safe and proper care plan in place, thank you so much for taking such excellent care of us! Nothing better than avoiding the emergency room, and this visit did just that and more! Big thanks and hugs to the staff today!
